Kishor Valse is a seasoned operations leader with over 22 years of experience in managing complex systems and driving organizational efficiency. As Director of Operations for Emerson’s Control System and Software business unit in Cluj, Kishor oversees strategic initiatives and ensures operational excellence across the organization.
His leadership combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. Originally from India, Kishor has lived and worked in multiple countries, including Mexico, China, Singapore, France, and the UK, bringing a truly global perspective to his role. Since January 2022, he has been based in Cluj, Romania.
Beyond his corporate responsibilities, Kishor is a co-owner of Indigo Indian Restaurant, a successful venture operating in Cluj since 2010. Kishor is also an active member of the international business community. As a board member of CIC, he is committed to strengthening connections within Cluj’s international network and promoting collaboration between Indian and Romanian businesses, recognizing the significant potential for growth and partnership.
